ABOUT ME: WHY I'M TEACHING THIS
Hi, I'm Michele.
I've built two very different businesses. One is an 8-figure logistics company with over 120 employees that runs 24/7. The other is my photography business, where I work with small business owners on personal branding.
In 2020, my husband and I left our W-2 jobs with $30,000 and started the logistics business. We hit a million in revenue in four and a half months. By year three, we were at eight figures.
The logistics business taught me what most solopreneurs never learn: you can't scale by doing everything yourself. You need systems. You need delegation. You needs teams and tools.
